I'm writing a commendation for Southern Charm. Southern Charm has not actually done work for me, but three of the main workers of the company have, many times in the past 20 to 30 years. I've known Josh and Sean Turner for 20 years and their dad for 30. Kevin Turner has done Lots of work for me over the years. I'm a perfectionist and hard to please, but he was always able to accomplish what I asked of him to do, and to my satisfaction. Kevin was a hard worker and didn't waste time. When he started to work he worked diligently until time to quit and he was very productive. Sean has worked for me several times and takes great pride in his work and does it to the highest standard. Joshua I know to be a man of honesty and integrity. He takes pride in what he does and is fully committed to it. As I said Southern Charm has not done work for me but knowing the characters and the work ethics of three of the four people who comprise this company, I'd be greatly surprised if they don't do a job that will be well pleasing to you. We knew we needed to make some changes to our outdoor space, but we didn't know where to start; the Southern Charm team answered our call promptly, listened to our concerns and challenges, and provided us with several well-researched options for us to consider. They were completely transparent in their pricing, giving us confidence when we started the project that there would not be any "hidden gotcha's". The final work is exactly what we had hoped for, we are thrilled with the results. Better still, the team communicated with us perfectly, keeping us abreast of their progress, schedule, and questions/challenges. Finally, the ultimate endorsement, we had several other "one-off" projects and have now entrusted Southern Charm with tackling them as well. They are our new "Go to" construction partners, we couldn't be happier with their work.

In September we decided to add a bedroom and bath to our home. Southern charm was who we chose. They were excited and we were excited. From the beginning they listened to our ideas and added many of their own. They are very good to work with. They are capable, caring , sweet , and respectful men. It was a pleasure to see them each day even if I had to get up early for them. Our rooms are done and we love them. If you have a dream, let Southern Charm be the ones to dream with you!! They are great!

When you have a crazy idea and need someone to make it happen, call these guys. We decided to add a bathtub in our bedroom of our 140 year old house. They came within a week of our phone call to check it out and make a quote and within another week I had this beautiful bathtub installed. They were so nice, attentive and easy to work with. Will definitely be using them for other home projects!

Southern Charm Remodeling completed a fully finished basement. The team worked with my wife and I from design, bid, and work with little issues. Their team was professional and very responsive. I can’t believe the quality and value of work they performed. I was quoted higher with other contractors. Thanks to them my wife is happy and now I can work in the basement so I’m happy. I will use them again for the attic space finish.

Southern Charm Remodeling went above and behind in every aspect. They were very professional and had great workmanship from start to finish. They remodeled my kitchen from top to bottom and it is everything I dreamt of. I highly recommend that you contact them for your remodeling needs. Souther Charm did a great job on my luxury vinyl plank flooring and painting my cabinets. Everyone is super nice and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend and will be using again!
